Continuous light production

Continuous light or laser light is light with an almost uniform wavelength and high intensity, which is produced through the phenomenon of induced excitation in optically active media such as lasers. To produce this light, the atoms and molecules of the active substance are excited by an external energy source such as a flash lamp and then emit coherent photons. The resulting light has many applications in industry, medicine and communication.
