The Kochen-Specker Theorem and Some Conceptual Issues in Quantum Mechanics
In this talk, by proving the Kochen-Specker theorem, a set of fundamental concepts of quantum mechanics such as non-realism, contextuality, anti-realism, and non-locality will be analyzed. The Kochen-Specker theorem is one of the important theorems for refuting hidden variable theory which, alongside the Bell and Gleason theorems, plays a very important role in consolidating the theoretical foundations of quantum mechanics.
